The products of Rotoflex AG are permitted to be used for the surface and sandwich-layer printing of films for the packaging of foodstuffs ("indirect contact with foodstuffs").

Rotoflex AG only uses raw materials that comply with the requirements of the following regulations and directives, and recommendations of the European Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers:

    a) According to the information provided by our raw materials' manufacturers, all of the statutory
         requirements regarding pre-registration and registration have been fulfilled, allowing our products
         to be imported legally into the EU.

    b) The SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) content in the products sold by Rotoflex AG is smaller
